1.DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
1.1 Dispatch Schedule

We dispatch gift card orders on a daily basis. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 working days of purchase, though we aim to ship sooner where possible.

1.2 Delivery Method

Gift cards are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 working days. Delivery times may be longer for remote UK locations.

1.3 UK-Only Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with non-UK delivery addresses will not be accepted.

1.4 Tracking Updates

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure this is accurate to receive delivery updates.

All gift card packages are insured by Royal Mail. If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
