Quick Summary of Our Terms
What you're buying
You're purchasing access to a digital game. We send you a unique Case ID that lets you play the game via our online web app. Case IDs are valid for 6 months from purchase.
How delivery works
Delivery is instant. As soon as you complete your purchase, your Case ID is issued. Once you use it to start the game, that counts as using the product.
Changing your order
If you need to make a change to your purchase, just get in touch. We'll let you know if it's possible and whether anything would change (like price or availability)
Game changes
We might make small updates to improve the game, fix bugs, or follow laws — but nothing that will disrupt your experience.
Cancellations and refunds
If you've changed your mind, you can cancel within 14 days as long as you haven’t used your Case ID. Once you've started the game, cancellation rights no longer apply.If something goes wrong (like a technical issue or product error), we’ll try and fix it for you, and if we can’t solve the issue will give you a refund.
Personal use only
Your Case ID is for you, personally. Please don’t resell, copy, or share the game or content — it’s protected by copyright.
Our liability
We’re responsible for foreseeable harm caused by our mistakes or negligence, but we’re not liable for business losses or issues caused by third-party software (unless it’s our fault).
Payments
We use Stripe for secure payments. Prices include VAT and are clearly shown before you buy.
Privacy
We use your data only to deliver the game, process payments, and (if you’ve said yes) share updates or request feedback. We never share your data without a legal reason. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Other legal bits
Our terms are governed by English law. If we ever transfer the contract to someone else, you’ll be notified. If you have a serious issue with our service, you may be able to use an independent dispute resolution service
